Carey B. Dachman, MD, is a triple-board-certified rheumatologist and pain specialist who has devoted over two decades to helping others. He has special expertise in the treatment of fibromyalgia, arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome and other forms of chronic pain.

Dr. Dachman has been recognized for five years as a Top Doctor in Cook County by Castle Connolly. He has also received a certificate of recognition for his back pain program by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). This program recognizes physicians for delivering superior care to those who suffer from low back pain.

Dr. Dachman is known for his exceptional bedside manner and tells patients, “You’re too young to be old!”

Roberto P. Segura, MD, is a board-certified neurologist who has devoted over two decades to helping people with neuromuscular diseases. He has special expertise in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy, chronic back and neck pain and neuromuscular diseases.

Dr. Segura has taken an innovative approach to treat the pain and sensory loss of diabetic neuropathy (nerve pain) and prevent such complications as foot ulcerations and amputations.

Chirag H. Shah, DC

Chiropractic Medicine

Chirag H. Shah, DC, is a board-certified chiropractor and spinal rehabilitation specialist.

Dr. Shah is also an expert in Eastern medicine techniques and a staff chiropractor at St. Alexius Medical Center.

Dr. Shah is well known in the Cook County area because of the many high-profile professional athletes he has worked with, including many of the Chicago Cubs baseball players. Dr. Shah also volunteers a good deal of his free time to help people in Brazil and India through missionary work in free health clinics. These free clinics have treated over a quarter-million people.
