David Gilbert, PA-C

David is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a strong background in pain management. He is committed to improving the quality of life of his patients through compassionate, individualized care. David earned his Master in Physician Assistant Studies from Dominican University.

He takes a thoughtful approach to understanding each patient’s unique experience, recognizing that physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors all play a role in lasting relief. He works collaboratively with his patients to develop treatment plans that are personalized to their needs and goals, combining evidence-based methods with a holistic perspective to promote meaningful, long-term outcomes. His goal is to help patients move through life with less pain and more purpose. He takes the time to listen, build trust, and ensure every patient feels heard and supported throughout their care.

Outside the clinic, David is a passionate Chicago sports fan and enjoys bowling, golf, and spending time with his wife Sarah and their dog Naama.
